We are located in the Balboa Terrace neighborhood. As a community church with a long tradition of service, we are a home to a diverse membership and a meeting place for many community groups. Everyone is welcome at our table. Our Sunday worship service is at 10am.
There are plenty of free street parking spaces around church. We are 1 block from the K MUNI Line stop at Junipero Serra and Ocean Ave, 1 block from the 57 MUNI Bus Stop on Junipero Serra, and 3 blocks from the M MUNI Line stop at Ocean Avenue.

Habitation Service is held every first Sunday of the month at 7:00pm, starting October 6. This is a series of monthly services focused on growing and strengthening your relationship with God. Each service features contemporary worship music, a practical message to help you follow God’s ways in your everyday life, and an opportunity to receive prayer.
Reading of the Word is held on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm – 8:30pm on September 18, 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, November 6, 13, 20. Learn skills to strengthen, encourage, comfort, and support our fellow Christians.
Adult Bible Study takes place Sunday mornings at 11:45am.
Morning Prayer: Join us for morning worship at 8:30 am on Wednesdays and Fridays in the Sanctuary.
Infant, Children, and Youth programs
For Children, our Godly Play group meets at 10:00 am on Sundays once a month in the courtyard classroom. For ages K-5th grade, this gathering uses a Montessori-style method to bring the biblical stories to life. More information about Godly Play can be found here.
Nursery care is available during the 10am service for infants through preschool.
Masks are optional. Communion is distributed in both kinds. Outdoor or in-door coffee hour will follow the service. The Guild and Parish Halls are available for eating indoors.
We choose to follow Jesus and his teachings. We embrace community and action, informed by the life of St. Francis.
