A group from St. Francis’s cooked for and served dinner to the veterans at DeMontfort House yesterday. It was a wonderful event. According to Program Director, Julia Palmer, “Tonight was a rousing success. I can’t remember another time when 3/4 of our vets all sat down to dinner together . . . the whole group made our fold feel so well taken care of. What a great way to start the holiday season. It was really special.”
