Dear Friends:
Jesus assures us “In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places” (John 14:2). These words remind us that God’s abundance is spacious and generous. There is plenty good room in God’s household for each of us.
This year’s stewardship theme, Plenty Good Room, invites us to recognize the abundance God has already entrusted to us. Even in uncertain times, we are called to trust that there is enough: enough for our families, enough for our church, enough for our neighbors. We know that there is enough when we welcome people, new and returning, to church, when we serve alongside people of different faiths and no faith, and when we make room at the table for absolutely everyone. And we do these things!
