Hello, St Francis Family,
I am now a Cadette Girl Scout of Troop #62422! We have had a busy year zooming every Saturday since March. We have been learning about women suffragists, hearing from guest speakers including Mayor London Breed, having dance parties, making Valentines for Veterans and we are now interviewing relatives and friends for our HERstory badge and Journey. We are are not just about cookies, but guess what? We are now selling cookies! Cookie season has STARTED!
Our delivery truck carrying our 1,800 cases of cookies (12 boxes per case) arrived at the Stonestown parking lot on Saturday morning under (thankfully) clear skies!
I figured that my goal would be to sell 100 boxes this year, and I am now up to 80! Here is the link to my cookie store, c’mon on over for a visit!

Instead of having our booths across San Francisco, this digital way is the next best thing. I will be able to deliver your order to you safely to your doorstep or you could choose to have them shipped and delivered that way. You also have the chance to “Care to Share” and your donations will be sent to overseas military posts, local shelters as the boxes have been given to the people in the St Anthony’s shelter and new this year: essential workers, including hospital teams, police and fire departments. The three photos were taken in 2004 when my Aunt Emily was a Brownie in Singapore and her troop was able to take part in Operation Thin Mint. The ships would dock in the harbor and the troop was only given a 24-hour notice or less to deliver cookies to the people serving in the US Navy! Our council receives such wonderful and heartwarming messages back from the people who are given our cookies, showing we care.
