This year, we decided to help a memory care ward, called a “Neighborhood”, at Laguna Honda Hospital. Our own John Duus gave us suggestions as to how we can cheer up the residents he works with there.
First, we purchased several DVDs to add to the entertainment library. The residents love Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan thrillers especially!
We also made flowers and vases to add colorful, cheery gifts to our effort.
