Saturday Yoga: New Schedule

Practicing in a group setting, such as a yoga class, stimulates the production of oxytocin, the love and bonding hormone. Practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation also results in higher serotonin levels (the happiness hormone), and long-term practitioners have shown more mass in the areas of the brain associated with contentment.

Take advantage of the benefits of yoga on Saturday! All classes feature an innovative approach to yoga, complimented by Pilates and Feldenkrais influenced movement, to help you advance intelligently and with ease.

Level II Active and Awake at 8:00

Start your day with an active routine and set the tone for a great weekend.

Level I at 9:15

Build a strong foundation from the start with solid yoga fundamentals.


     Gentle Yoga at 10:30

A subtle chair and standing practice, including meditation and movement, to keep you healthy and in great shape.
