During the year, we are involved in a variety of outreach projects. Some of these projects include:
- make Valentine cards for veterans at the VA Hospital in San Francisco
- help with Bingo Night at the Safe Harbor Shelter
- collect diapers for Bayview Mission
- gather new infant clothing and blankets for newborns at St. Luke’s Hospital
- knit blankets and clothes for newborns for the Homeless Prenatal Program
- collect coats for the annual Warm Coat Drive
- organize the annual Santa Lucia event to fundraise for the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank
- help prepare and serve holiday meals for veterans at the DeMontfort House
- collect and distribute Christmas presents for residents of facilities connected to Episcopal Community Service (ECS)
Many of our projects are intergenerational, giving our children and young people the opportunity to participate alongside adults.
